Project Overview
Client: Professional Bull Riders (PBR)

We redesigned PBR.com, the Watch PBR streaming platform, and refreshed the mobile app experience, while also creating a unified design system for banners, thumbnails, and digital assets used across social and marketing.

THE CHALLENGE
Poor mobile experience: With nearly 90% of fans accessing content via mobile, navigation and layouts were difficult to use on smaller screens.
Fragmented brand identity: The website, streaming platform, and social channels lacked a consistent visual language.
Low streaming engagement: Watch PBR’s interface made it hard for fans to discover live events, highlights, and replays.
Outdated UI: The digital experience didn’t reflect the excitement of PBR’s live events, which limited fan engagement and ticket sales.

Here are some of the challenges we identified on the PBR website along with the design solutions we implemented.
NAVIGATION BAR REDESIGN


NEW HOME PAGE DESIGN
The redesigned homepage introduced a looping highlight video for dynamic engagement, a persistent ticket CTA in PBR’s signature red, and a clear layout for upcoming events. By surfacing key matchups, ticket flows, and “How to Watch” content, the page now keeps fans engaged longer and drives higher conversions.

TICKERS
Previously, Fans had no easy way to track live scores, schedules, or game status directly from the navigation. This made it harder to stay updated on events in real time and reduced engagement during live competitions.
The redesigned ticker adapts dynamically to game status: before games, it promotes tickets and schedules, during games, it displays live scores, and after games, it highlights replays and standings. This real-time system keeps fans engaged, improves visibility of key content, and drives ticket sales and streaming views.
