Project Overview

At Tronic, we worked on Design & Prototype. We focused on the UX/UI for both the end-user app and the management tools.

THE CHALLENGE
Web3 is new and can feel confusing or overwhelming for many users.
The platform had to work smoothly for two different groups: users joining memberships and brands managing them.
The design looked and worked differently across parts of the product, so it lacked consistency.
We needed a faster way to test and share ideas before development.
The product was reaching only a limited audience, so we needed to make it more appealing and accessible.
Design System
At Tronic, we focused on core components like buttons and inputs, set rules for colors and typography, and built reusable elements in Figma. Also added Web3-specific pieces like wallet connections and badges. This helped the team work faster, avoid mistakes, and keep the app, dashboard, and website all aligned under one clear identity.




Management Tool
For the management tool, our goal was to make it powerful but still easy to use. We focused on clear layouts, simple navigation, and dashboards that gave brands the right information at a glance. We organized complex features like issuing memberships, tracking users, and viewing analytics into clean sections so managers could get things done without confusion. The design balanced functionality with simplicity, helping brands feel in control without being overwhelmed.
